Navigating Aging Pet Challenges with Compassion & Clarity

Our Last Chapter founder Katie Wagner is a Certified Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula with extensive experience in veterinary support. She has personally provided end-of-life care for more than 90 senior dogs.

While veterinarians manage medical protocols, a companion animal end-of-life doula manages the “living” side of the transition. Katie provides the objective quality-of-life assessments, logistical caregiving plans, and emotional support necessary to regain a sense of control.

Katie creates customized blueprints based on experience and training, empowering you to write your pet’s last chapter with care, respect, and clear intention.
